Eligibility
Return or exchange options depend on the product, order condition, and location. Generally, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
Note: Certain items such as intimates may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Please check the individual product page for specific details.
How to Initiate

To help us process claims for damaged, defective, or incorrect items quickly, please share an unboxing video of the package. If you also have clear photographs of the product and the original packaging, please include those as well. We'll review the details and share the next steps.
Refunds & Exchanges

Processing Time: Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days once the item is received and reviewed.

Prepaid Orders: Refunds are processed online and will be credited back to your original method of payment.

Cash on Delivery (COD): Our team will contact you to request your bank account details or UPI ID to process the transfer. Please ensure the provided bank account or UPI ID matches the name on the original billing details.

Exchanges: Size or colour exchanges are subject to product availability.

Shipping Costs: For size or colour exchanges, the cost of return shipping is to be borne by the customer. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, Loorika will cover the return shipping charges.
